LEGO 31050 Corner Deli is a Creator 3-in-1 set released in 2016, containing 467 pieces and 2 minifigures. The main build depicts a corner sandwich shop with a façade featuring a red-and-white striped awning, two opening serving hatches, and a movable shop sign. It includes a male adult and a female child minifigure, plus a small buildable bird; the deli model measures over 7 inches high, 6 inches wide, and 5 inches deep. Alternate builds reconfigure the parts into a Small Townhouse or a high-street Flower Shop.
It was retired in November 2017 with a lifespan of 22 months.

Used sets are shipped assembled. Some minor disassembly may be required for packing. Each set will be packed as carefully as possible, but it is virtually guaranteed that additional disassembly will occur during shipping.
