It features a foldable, 3-level New York City building with Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum, a pizzeria, and Peter Parker's apartment along with Iron Spider-Man, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Cull Obsidian, and Ebony Maw minifigures. It was retired in December 2019 with a lifespan of 21 months.

Used sets are shipped assembled. Some minor disassembly may be required for packing. Each set will be packed as carefully as possible, but it is virtually guaranteed that additional disassembly will occur during shipping.
