LEGO 40311 Traffic Lights is an Xtra accessory pack released in 2018, containing 24 pieces. It builds four traffic signals using stacked colored studs on support columns and includes a wheelbarrow, a trash can with lid, and a broom. Additional small elements such as leaves, a bottle, and a banana provide extra street-scene details.
It was retired in March 2021 with a lifespan of 31 months.

Used sets are shipped assembled. Some minor disassembly may be required for packing. Each set will be packed as carefully as possible, but it is virtually guaranteed that additional disassembly will occur during shipping.
